The 50 kg limit applies for 2010 after which any business producing food waste regardless of weight will also have to comply.

This service suitable for contractors with a small number of customers who require a food waste collection, in this case we can contract to the main collector using our own fleet of specialist collection vehicles. This gives the waste contractor the option of offering the service without investing in new specialised vehicles while still retaining the customer.
